A Battle of Tiny Bits – Carbon Fiber Tensile Strength Testing
This is the "ultimate benchmark" for material properties. We fix both ends of a standard carbon fiber specimen to a precision testing machine and slowly apply tensile force at a constant speed. High-sensitivity sensors capture stress and deformation changes every microsecond in real time until the material breaks. The final data – fracture strength and elastic modulus – directly reveal the "skeletal strength" of carbon fiber materials, the cornerstone of the safety and performance of all structural designs.
"This is the most brutal 'marathon.' This machine is simulating over 100,000 kilometers of extreme riding conditions, constantly impacting and pressing the frame. Passing this test means that under normal use, this bike is almost unlikely to experience structural fatigue issues during its lifespan. We are using the machine's time to give you peace of mind on the road."
Efficiency of "Force Transmission"
"This test is like measuring an athlete's explosive power. We use tremendous force to twist it and see how 'rigid' it really is. The smaller the number, the greater the deformation and the worse the rigidity; the larger the number, the more solid it is, and every bit of force you exert when stepping on it can be efficiently converted into speed."
"A Cruel Impact"
This simulates the most dreaded moment in cycling—a direct collision with an obstacle. Our concern isn't whether the paint is scratched, but rather its robust construction—whether it can absorb a massive impact while maintaining its structural integrity to protect the rider.
Exploring the "Limits of Theory"
When the applied force far exceeds any normal riding force by hundreds or thousands of times, it will eventually break. This tragic process provides us with invaluable data for continuously optimizing the next generation of products, ensuring that the bike you ride has far more safety reserves than needed.
